Misty Strickalnd

Hi, My name is Misty Strickland. I am a Real Estate Agent for Pinnacle Real Estate and Development in the Ruidoso and Alto New Mexico areas.

I am a native New Mexican, born in the southeastern area of New Mexico and raised in the scenic resort Village of Ruidoso.  I have the pleasure of calling Ruidoso, New Mexico my home.

I began my career in real estate in 1994 with Jan Leppke Realtors located in the North Valley of Albuquerque, New Mexico.  In addition, I have held positions as a paralegal with some of New Mexico’s top-ranked attorneys and law firms. 

In 1995. I joined the long-standing real estate firm of H. Parnegg Realty, where I excelled as a rookie in the industry. 

In late 1996, combining both my legal experience and real estate knowledge, I joined the non-profit  organization of Enchantment Land Certified Development Company, certified under the Small Business Administration as their Loan Closing Specialist, where I traveled statewide closing small business commercial loans. 

                            In 1998, I started with the independent office of American Realty in the North Valley of Albuquerque, New Mexico, specializing in residential, land, investment and commercial properties. 

                          In May of 2006, I opened my own brokerage office working in the Albuquerque, Corrales and Santa Fe, New Mexico areas.

                                    In July of 2013, I returned to my home town of Ruidoso, New Mexico and joined the group at Pinnacle Real Estate and Development.  I am excited to be home and working as an Associate Real Estate Broker in the beautiful Mountain Village I was blessed to grow up in.
                             The opportunity to face a new challenge energizes me every day. I am committed to providing stellar customer service with integrity to each and every client. I have 17+ years of real estate experience.  I obtained my real estate broker license in 1994 and my Qualifying Broker’s License in 2006.  I specialize in residential, commercial, investment properties and vacant land in Lincoln County, New Mexico. 

                         I have a passion for real estate and assisting people making their dreams come true.  Integrity and hard work are two of my core values. 

                          I believe my unique background of real estate, legal and economic development provide my clients with a wealth of experience that allows me to provide them with the utmost service and expertise.
